Wire Service

Wire Service is an app for following your favorite blogs. Wire Service subscribes directly to the blogs' RSS or Atom feeds and does not rely on a 3rd party aggregation service. Wire Service uses a modern gestures-based interface for quickly scrolling through items and marking them as read. Bring the power of Inbox Zero to your blogroll.

Features:

* Simple gestures-based interface: Tap to read, swipe right to mark an item read, swipe left to add to a read later service like Instapaper.

* Night mode draws the interface in shades of red so you can read at night without losing dark-adapted vision or suppressing melatonin.

* Open links directly: Some feeds only publish links to posts and include very little content. You can configure Wire Service to go straight to the source in this case.

* Power read: Some blogs just post too many times a day. You can configure Wire Service to automatically mark posts as read once they are scrolled off the screen.
