This application provides information about physical memorials related to the conflict that are to be found in public spaces in Northern Ireland.
The information will be of use to local people with an interest in ‘the Troubles’. It will also help explain the memorials to tourists and other visitors to the region.
In addition to textual information and photographs, the application is also linked to maps to assist in locating memorials.
The information provided on the application is based on databases on the CAIN Web site, which is based in INCORE within the University of Ulster. This information is copyright of CAIN and can be used only for private study and not for commercial purposes.
