I'm a longtime nyingma practitioner who has done pujas and been to many teachings and empowerments. I'm also a longtime artist and singer. The chanting here is fine quality, and the artwork is refreshing in the simplicity of style and in the surprising ways the artist brings the modern world into some of the thankas. It flows so well i didn't at first notice....

I love the images and the simple repetition that is not too short or too long. I use this to teach my daughter meditation too. Even her viewing the images whilst taking in the sounds is calming. She is 4. I use this at work and at home when I am up and about but want a serene background to what I am doing.
