TALKiES takes speech balloons and captions in a new direction for iOS.. Its FUN. These are not frustrating prerendered bitmaps which only give you a handful of options, they are drawn from the user's touch on the screen, and use Apple's powerful Quartz graphics engine.

Set the line width, the stroke and fill colours, add a nice fat shadow and a touch of highlight to make those images really pop!

Captions and plosives have a picture in picture capability which allows you to make ambitious and impressive collages and full page layouts.
