INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING FIGHT CLOCK
------------------------------------------
1.When the app opens, you have the option to view a variety of different screens, including our tutorial. When you're ready to start training, click Work Out.
2.Then, set your workout preferences. You have control over the round length, your rest period length, and whether or not you want a 30 second warning alarm or not. When you're ready to begin, click Start Round 1.
3.You get a few seconds to put your gloves on, then the bell sounds and your workout begins! The banner will change colors depending on if you're in the middle of a round, you have 30 seconds left, or you're in a rest period.
4.When the round ends, take a short break and recover. The bell will sound when it's time start again.
5.If you want to pause your workout, click Pause. If you're done for the day, click Quit.
