INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING PROGRESS TRACKER

1.When the app opens, you have the option to view a variety of different screens, including our tutorial.
2.The first thing you'll want to do is enter your current data. Touch Measurements, then view the tutorial on how to take accurate measurements by clicking the link at the top.
3.Now that you know how and when to take measurements, enter your data when it's appropriate to do so.
4.Go to the My Goals screen and view the tutorial on effective and practical goal setting. Then enter your goal weight and measurements where indicated.
5.Then, work out! We recommend a fitness and nutrition plan from WorkoutBOX. If you want to see your progress since you began, simply click on the Progress button to see a text-based AND graphical representation of your progress on each measurement since you started.
6.If you want to change your notification settings, click Settings. If you want to see more great, useful apps, click More.
