Maria Babaev, Managing Director Luxury Portfolio International Division, brings a refreshing perspective to the business of Residential Real Estate. The many years she worked in the Financial Markets on Wall Street groomed her for the intense responsibilities of managing the Luxury Division and Greenvale Branch, one of the top Real Estate offices in the country. Since charting her new course more than 8 years ago, Ms. Babaev has become a highly sought after authority on residential real estate. The impressive network of referrals she has cultivated, both locally and abroad, have delivered a wealth of new business into the Division and an ever increasing opportunity to bring buyers and sellers of luxury properties together.

Speaking fluent Russian, Maria has served as unofficial ambassador to Century 21 Russia Broker Owners and in short order has developed a highly respected pipeline of foreign investors, buyers of luxury residences for vacation and investment purposes. Given her widespread knowledge of the subtleties of the North Shore’s most prominent villages, towns and enclaves, she brings invaluable guidance to this pool of clients and customers.

Well-known throughout the NY Metro Russian community, Maria is actively involved in NY based business/cultural councils.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management and an MBA in International Business/Finance. Maria has an outstanding professional record having worked on Wall Street as a Client Account Manager at Citigroup/Emerging Markets Division, successfully managing the portfolio of 130 banks located in Central and Eastern Europe. Maria is a married, mother of two young children and resides in Roslyn with her husband, David. She remains committed to building relationships based on trust and integrity, delivering exceptional results.
