In 1988 Ilya Smirnov founded a company and called it a name of his first wife – Lena. Although there were many wives since then, a company`s name hasn`t changed since its foundation.

The best sable is a Russian sable, the best mink – American, astrakhan fur– South African, a crocodile - Californian alligator. Manufacture of skins is very important. The best manufacture for sable is in Italy, for astrakhan fur - in France. Quality of materials concerns both applied and auxiliary materials: a lining – 100 % silk, for a coat - 100 % cashmere, the gold-plated fittings, needles, threads etc. There are no trifles in manufacture of the luxe-class goods.
