The goal of our company is to provide a FABULOUS experience to everyone, and their vehicles, that is the highest in Quality, Convenience, Value and Service.
We want everyone that is associated with us to have a FABULOUS experience when they use our app and come to our stores. When we say everyone we really mean it. Everyone includes our fabulous hard working employees, our fabulous, fun customers and our fabulous vendors, who make sure that we have the best products in the industry. We want everyone to have a fabulous experience. We will do this in four ways, by consistently providing the highest levels of Quality, Convenience, Value and Service.
Quality - We want to be known for our fabulous quality in the products that we offer. We will have the highest level of products to make sure that the quality of our service is fabulous. We will do whatever possible to make sure that the products we use will improve your vehicle's appearance and performance on a regular basis. We will insure that our products are of the highest quality and safe for our employees and your vehicle.
Convenience - At Fabulous Freddy's, we understand the value of time. We strive to provide a convenient one stop shopping experience for our customers. We will make every effort to insure that everyone receives prompt, courteous service. Whether you are a customer or a vendor, we will handle all aspects of our business with the understanding that your time is valuable, so the experience for everyone is positively fabulous!
Value- Value is critical in making sure that everyone's experience is fabulous. In most cases value is about getting what you pay for. We need to make sure that our prices are competitive and the product we as a company provide, is the highest and best in the industry. We want our hard working employees to gain valuable experience as they work to build relationships and learn how to provide fabulous service, which will help them in every aspect of their lives.
Service - Service ties everything together. We need to make sure that we have the best services in our industry. From how we offer our products to everyone, to the way we perform our jobs, we want everyone thinking about their experience with us and saying that they can't wait to come back to our store.
The mission of our company is the reason why we are in existence. We know that as we follow this mission statement everyone will truly have a fabulous experience!
