Each case includes patient histories, relevant physical exam findings, pertinent lab data, and associated radiologic images, and concludes with one to two exam questions, answer rationales, and references. The app was created by the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP), the global leader in providing education in cardiopulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine.
