Floor Detective is a comprehensive diagnostic tool that was designed to help flooring retailers, inspectors, claims analyst, regional sales reps, interior designers, builders and consumers, understand and more accurately identify complaints associated with flooring products. Floor Detective can be cited when writing reports. Version 1.0 deals with carpet issues. This version includes high-resolution photographs of the issue along with the cause or causes of the issue. We have also included field testing suggestions as well as lab testing information, photographs and minimum industry standards.

Access to the full version of FloorDetective (including Carpet Issues and Find an Inspector) requires a $60 annual subscription. Payments will be charged to your iTunes account and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. The content will be updated at least quarterly with new carpet issues, lab tests, and inspectors as well as enhancements to existing content as industry information changes.
