Carrabba’s is offering another great reason to visit their restaurants and it’s called Tasting Tuesdays! The NEW Uncorked App enhances this once-a-week in-restaurant wine tasting experience with a digital tasting mat that supplements the one on your table.

As you progress through the wine tasting, unlock bonus stories about featured wines, save wine profiles to your private wine diary to rate and comment on later, and share updates with your friends through social media. Collect a fun, new badge with every tasting you participate in and earn tasty rewards along the way! Once you’re finished with your tasting, find out what fellow wine enthusiasts saying about your new faves or leave a comment to share thoughts of your own.

Not a Tasting Tuesday? Not a problem. When not participating in a weekly wine tasting, set reminders for your next tasting and invite friends to come along with you. Read informative tasting notes on a large selection of the wines offered at the bar and in the dining room. Or find out if you’re a wine Newbie, Seasoned Wine Drinker or Sommelier by taking one or more of the three wine quizzes.

Tasting Tuesdays

Every Tuesday, Carrabba’s will be offering two wine flights: red and white. They have been carefully selected to compare and contrast their flavors. The Tasting Tuesdays portion of the Uncorked app will walk you through each wine with a story about the brand and a few fun facts. It is only second to sitting next to the winemaker as they tell you about the wine you are tasting. Once you download the app, select Tasting Tuesdays from the main menu to explore each wine. Your server will provide you with a tasting mat and your tasting glasses. It’s that easy!
