FreedomGo – Mobile Booking System
FreedomGo is the smart way for your customers to make bookings. It’s a mobile app that interfaces in real time with Freedom, enabling users to make, view and cancel bookings, irrespective of how they were originally placed. FreedomGo makes it quick and easy for your clients to make bookings on the move.
FreedomGo can be lightly branded (icon and app name), or fully branded to include typefaces and colour schemes. Unique features can also be added to differentiate your service.
It gives your clients the ‘self-service’ flexibility of quickly booking your services whilst on the move. Clients can get quotes and make new bookings, check the status of existing bookings, or make cancellations.
Users are offered their most frequently used addresses or can choose a new address by GPS location, postcode, address, train station or airport. Users can also save their favourite journeys.
Furthermore users can track the progress of their vehicle on a map – in real time – once the booking is confirmed and the vehicle is on-route, or whilst the user, passenger or goods are on-board the vehicle.
