Love word games but hate being made to feel thick because you couldn't make 'puerile'? Word Slots is a brand new word game that doesn't allow fatal mistakes (No! I didn't mean to make that word :'( ), doesn't require a knowledge of obscure 19th century synonyms for water (vadose anyone?), and is instantly and effortlessly customizable to anyone's confidence level.
With each pull of the one armed bandit (or the sole appendaged brigand...hey, it is still a word game), several rows of letters appear. Your challenge is to bet how many words you think you'll be able to form before you make that pull. When the letters appear, using an intuitive letter selection method to drag your finger across the screen to make new words. If you gamble correctly, then you get the rewards. But it is a gamble, you may find a particular pull effortless or it may be all but impossible to win.
There is absolutely no need for in-app purchases. You can go as far into the negative as you desire without needing to spend more money (we're looking at you all other slot games...seriously, I got a 99 cent poker app once, played twice, ran out of money, and I have to give them MORE money just to keep losing. We don't do that). With two modes, party and classic, you can play this game easily on the subway or at home in front of the TV.
