reliefME is an anonymous mobile social support network that connects people so they can discuss and vent about Mental Health concerns. Feel safe expressing your thoughts and concerns about pressing issues without having to worry about impressing your peers.
Available for over a year now, users of the app love it!
-I feel better with this app, because due to what happened to me, I always felt alone, like nobody else understands. But this brings to mind the people who have suffered similar experiences or feel the same way, or simply want to vent. It helps one see that they aren't alone and you can get advice from people who understand your situation. Plus, having everything anonymous, unless you write your name, makes it easier to write down what you say. To Speak freely.
- This app could heal many people who suffer from various situations. I hope that it will help me with my depression.
- Allows you to journal your thoughts and feelings and relate to other people who are going through similar circumstances. You are able to offer advice to other people and I find that it makes me feel great to help someone and I feel like I did a good deed by contributing something positive. If you use the app regularly it will be more beneficial. Make it a habit.
