How It Works
This system uses “hot buttons” to unravel layers of impressions stored in the subconscious mind. As these layers are unraveled, change happens without great effort.

A “hot button” is any time you feel emotions that cause internal stress, pain or discomfort that you cannot shake off within 15 minutes. Hot buttons are signs pointing to subconscious impressions that keep you shackled to outmoded perceptions that actually want to be resolved. Resolve the impressions and the hot buttons go away. So do barriers to your personal fulfillment. As outmoded impressions are resolved, you become more clear. Because of clarity, change organically happens. Why? Because you are removing the clutter that hides your greatest treasure – your true self.

Because it is a process, take your time with each segment as you are guided through it. The more you are able to relax into the process, the more impressions you will be able to resolve. Besides being storage for impressions, the subconscious mind is also your protector. It will only allow you to resolve what you can handle at one sitting.

The process usually takes about 20 minutes. But it's entirely up to you. You could take more, or less time to accomplish want you need.
