This app, Acronyms ITIL Plus Glossary, provides the full list of over 500 ITIL acronyms and glossary for your reference and/or to help you prepare for your ITIL certification exams. It may also be used as training material. ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) is the international standard for IT Service Management all over the world.
