The Socket Pipe calculator is designed for Pipefitter/ welders/fabricators to eliminate the time it takes to calculate normal piping calculations.
- Input Values as Feet, Inch and Fractions
- Input Values as Cm and mm
- toggle output format from ft/in to inches or cm/mm to mm
- Calculate using Socket Weld fittings
- Determines Cut Length of Pipe to build spool piece
- Uses class 3000, 6000 and 9000 fittings
- Rolling Offsets
- Equal Spread offsets, Choose up to 4 pipe sizes per calculation, Choose different pipe class per line, Allows calculation for insulated pipe as well.
- Includes Charts for fitting Takeouts - class 3000, 6000, 9000

After 10 years working as an Industrial Pipefitter, it felt like something was missing. And here it is. A calculator that literally increases productivity as it calculates every aspect of the fit up for you. Simply supply a minimum amount of information as you normally would in your daily calculations and the calculator will determine angles, lengths, offset etc all with the click of a button. Modestly speaking this app does everything but fit the pipe for you.
There are 11 screens included in this calculator:
1. 45 Degree Offset
2. 90 Degree Offset
3. Lateral with 45 degree Offset
4. Lateral with 90 degree Offset
5. 45 Degree Rolling Offset
6. Lateral with 45 degree Rolling Offset
7. 90 Degree Rolling Offset
8. 45 Degree Equal Spread Offset
9. 90 Degree Equal Spread Offset
10. Pipe Chart with socket weld fittings
11. Feedback screen
