This is how Yoga2go - myFlows works:
Select your asanas out of 300 positions
Arrange your selected asanas
Decide on orientation and duration of each asana
Add your music and name your flow
Decide read out the asana name in sanscrit or in english
Decide if you want have a bell sound on each asana change
Decide if the app should read out alignment Instructions
If you have Apple TV - you can stream your flow to a TV.
Have you always wanted a flexible yoga program that adapts to your needs and doesn't always offer the same sequences? With Yoga2go - myFlows, we offer you an outstanding tool for your yoga practice. Create your own practice guide in Yoga2go - myFlows by using customizable slide shows.
Put together your own personal practice sequences (flows) from the encyclopedia containing almost 300 asanas. The duration of each position can be individually set. Yoga2go - myFlows generates a slide show, accompanied by your music. Yoga2go - myFlows can also read out the alignments for you while practising. When you play it back, it announces each change of position along with its Sanskrit name. Break the chains of prepackaged video yoga guides - now you can have creative new exercises again and again!
Teachers can transmit prepared flows to their students via Bluetooth or WiFi. The flows can be printed out or sent by email.
We have attached what is possibly the best-known flow, the Sun Salutation, as an example.

In the line with the new guidelines from Apple, Yoga2go-myFlows has been optimized to make the most of the brand new iOS 9 functionality.
Besides several performance and stability improvements, Yoga2go-myFlows continues to be up-to-date and compatible with the actual iOS.
