Many Knee problems and Leg pain can be caused by tight Hip muscles. Hip muscles cross over the Knee joint, and when tight, can cause unnecessary compression and degeneration to that area. We must regain the lost length in our Muscles and mobility in our Joints.

-Instead; do the appropriate stretch routines as shown to get muscle, length and joint mobility back.

-This is a series of progressions, of uniquely designed stretches, that help regain mobility and proper posture.
