The Form Editor built into the app allows for on-the-fly form changes without connecting to a server. You can add a new question, re-word a question or re-arrange the questions, even after you have already collected data. Very useful when network connectivity is unavailable or unreliable in the field.
Designed for Large Forms
Have long forms consisting of many questions? The Form Editor can automatically generate multiple questions by cloning a question. This is particularly useful if most of the questions are similar by type, saving you time from re-typing each question.
Need to change the dropdown choices for many questions, but dread doing it one question at a time? Use the Mass Operations to apply the changes of one question to a series of questions with one tap.
Share Your Forms
Want to share your forms with other devices? Push the form to our AuditBee Server for other devices to easily download.
Built-In Formulas
AuditBee Mobile has built-in formulas to help calculate metrics such as compliance rate, number of answered questions or remaining unanswered questions.
Nothing Between You and Your Data
The data collected in the AuditBee app is not locked into any proprietary database. The data can be emailed directly from the app to any email address you specify. The email recipient receives the data as a CSV attachment which can be opened by any popular tool such as Excel. Your sensitive data will never need to pass through our servers. If you have your own centralized data repository, use AuditBee Mobile as the feeder of field data.
Team-Based Audits
Multiple users can collect data concurrently and submit the data in parallel--ideal if you have a team of auditors.
