You can purchase additional content through in-app purchasing. The paid apps include interactive maps, an objects catalog and advanced strategy for The Sims 3 base game and the expansion packs: The Sims 3 Ambitions, The Sims 3 Late Night, The Sims 3 Generations, The Sims 3 Pets, The Sims 3 Showtime, The Sims 3 Supernatural, and now The Sims 3 Seasons. Each add-on can be purchased separately for $0.99 or all six for $5.99.

• Interactive Maps – Filter each map by expansion, select any neighborhood from your purchased add-ons, toggle points of interest on/off, view content pertaining to each icon and drag and drop a point of interest to the map and save it.
• Advanced Strategy – A complete catalogue of traits, wishes, needs, moods and opportunities, as well as how to make the most out of skill development, wish fulfillment and social interaction for each expansion.
• Objects Catalog – View every object and its stats for each expansion pack. Filter objects by category and search by keyword.
