Your virtual loan closing table. iSignRoom: eClosings is designed to be used by Notaries who execute loan documents at Title Companies. No more paper. No more copies. No more couriers. Automatic eNote registration with MERS. Documents are processed and delivered completely electronically.
Requirements:
Internet Access
User must be a valid Notary Public
All loan documents must be iSignRoom compatible. (All electronic documents generated by Digital Delivery, Inc. are compatible, logged on our servers, and retrievable by this app)
Loan Originator must be registered with MERS
Must have a valid MERS MIN (loan identification number)

Review all loan documents on your iPad
Execute all documents with an electronic finger signature or using a stylus wherever internet access is available.
Instant electronic loan registration with MERS
Final delivery of documents to consumers via email link
