Sometimes you just need a little bit longer to finish your meeting. Easier than adding coins to your parking meter, if your room is still available, you can extend your booking in just a tap or two.
HELLO, WE MEET AGAIN
No stranger to the phrase, “Let’s reconvene...”, Rooms makes it simple to Meet Again. After tapping Meet Again, our RoomRank algorithm determines the best possible meeting arrangement in the near future, including attendee availability and room amenities.
EASY FOR IT
Your IT Department will be able to configure Rooms to connect your company’s existing calendar and authentication systems with just a few clicks. Also, rest at ease knowing that we’ve implemented the latest and greatest in security.
IT JUST WORKS
Rooms works with your existing Microsoft Exchange and Google Calendar system right out of the box. After each booking, Rooms schedules a new meeting right on your calendar so you don’t have to worry.
BRING YOUR ROOMS TO LIFE
The Taptera Admin Console allows your Facilities department to easily assign a location to each conference room as well as upload photos of them. Tagging each room with it’s specific amenities like projector and room capacity is a snap.
