• ANGER EASER: Everyone in the world has at one time or another had an experience that left them feeling angry, frustrated, and disappointed. The immediate reaction many people have is to start a screaming match with whoever caused the problem. Of course, this is not going to lead to any positive outcome. Maybe you've heard about writing a letter and not sending it. Sitting down and properly writing out the way you feel about the situation can be extremely helpful.
