This app will get you just that. Ever been to a restaurant and not known which items on the menu were the healthiest? Want to make your old family recipes (or any recipe) healthier? Want fast access to recipes created by our registered dietitian? This is the app for you! It can help you kick start any diet and can make maintaining your healthy lifestyle even easier.
Our app is broken down into three main components:
Ingredient Substitutions:
This is a database of ingredients, but not just any ingredients. This is a database of healthy ingredients with all the information about how you can use them to replace the unhealthy ingredients you currently use without affecting the flavor of the food. This is great to use if you’re trying to “slim down” your recipes but can also be a big help while cooking almost any dish. If you’ve run out of a particular ingredient and would prefer replacing it with something else rather than making a trip to the market, this database is your secret weapon.
Restaurant Database:
Our dietitian has comprehensively reviewed every item on every menu at over 20 nationwide chain restaurants such as: Applebee’s, Olive Garden, KFC, and McDonald’s. Her exhaustive research is your good fortune as she has provided you with a list of the healthiest items on each menu to help you make fast, nutritious decisions. So you get to eat at your favorite places and maintain your healthy habits! Also, new restaurants are added to this list all the time so if we don’t have what you want, you can wait for it to be added or you can email us your suggestion for faster service!
Recipe Database:
These recipes were all crafted by our dietitian and transcribed from her personal cookbook. They are healthy, savory, delicious, satisfying and did I mention healthy? Each recipe will fill your stomach while maintaining your guilt free conscience. So get cooking!
The best part is that the app is always being updated with new information. Want a restaurant added to our database or a specific recipe? Email us the suggestion and we’ll try to have it uploaded faster than you can say “eat your veggies!” Okay, maybe we won’t have it up that fast…but we’ll try our best!
