This is a five-chapter interactive course intended to teach the basics of ceramics designed for iPhone and iPod touch devices.. Different kinds of ceramics have corresponding applications on preventing corrosion. The videos, starring LeVar Burton, discuss the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of ceramics, shedding more light in understanding materials selection for military structures in corrosive environments.
Corrosion Comprehension Specifically Ceramics is one of the many interactive courses offered by CorrConnect, part of the Education and Training Program of the US Department of Defense – Office of Corrosion Policy and Oversight (US DoD – CPO).
