ABOUT TILSMERE
Tilsmere is a family run catering business based in Hampshire, UK. We have been delivering high quality, home cooked food to private and executive clients for over 15 years.
Our customers often ask us for our recipes so they can recreate the experience at home for themselves. So in 2004 we wrote the Tilsmere Recipe Book, showcasing our most requested catering dishes. Many of these were designed to be prepared in a slow cooker, making them really convenient for busy professionals and families. In 2010 we released our second edition, updated with a range of exciting new recipes, including dishes inspired by our travels around the world and a range of stress-free dinner party dishes.
The Tilsmere Recipe Book app features our favourite 50 recipes from both editions to get you started. We love developing new dishes and are committed to helping people enjoy great food, so we're already planning even more recipes for future updates.
