Note to all of our Coach Hacker fans and customers - we are in the process of moving all of the Coach Hacker iPhone Apps to this new Coach Hacker LLC developer account. This version of the Butt Workout is essentially the same as the prior version on the App Store, just updated for the new iOS versions. If you already have the older Butt Workout App, you don't need to download this one. Sorry for any inconvenience, but this is the only way to move apps on the App Store.
The Butt Workout from Certified Personal Trainer John Hacker is a short but comprehensive workout for people who want to strengthen and shape their gluteal muscles. These 7 functional training exercises will increase your strength and endurance, as well as help you look and feel better. Each exercise is fully explained by Coach Hacker, with a complete built-in video demonstration.
