Do you know what is Acidosis and what it may lead to?

Let us start from what we eat...
→food digested and metabolized in our bodies
→food leaves residues after digestion
→residues combine with our body fluids
→become acid-forming or alkali-forming substances

Acidosis can result in headaches, fatigue, unstable emotions, obesity, skin problems, osteoporosis, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and even cancers.

While we enjoy eating, we also want to be healthy. We should be careful of the kind of food we choose to eat. In order to maintain a healthy pH balance, we can eat approximately 80% alkali-forming food and 20% acid-forming food in our diet. Many of us do not even know that we are eating more acid-forming food than alkali-forming food every day!
