The HKBU.SA developed by the Office of Student Affairs, HKBU provides the most updated information to meet students' needs and interests, with enriched content as follows:

- News: Presenting up-to-date news of the University
- Map: Helping to find places on the Kowloon Tong Campus, with GPS positioning of user's location

- Contact SA: Providing contact information of all SA staff
- FAQ: Enabling a quick reference for students
- BU mail: Allowing one-click login to your HKBU student email account
- U-Life Guide : Providing handy and updated information to all BU members
- SURE : Quick access to the Student U-Life Record E-system (SURE)
- SA Hot Picks: Providing students with must-know items of the time
- SA Gallery: Presenting photos, videos and campus snapshots
- Fresh BU-ers: Providing information and key tips for freshmen in adapting to University Life
- Student Residence: Providing information for students who are interested in on- and off-campus residences
