HOW WELL IS YOUR PLAN WORKING?
Track how much fat you are burning and muscle you are gaining. No line graphs or pie charts - simply arrows pointing which direction your lean mass and body fat percentage are trending.
GO DEEP.
Set macronutrient targets and adjust calories for cutting or bulking phases. You can even quickly “cycle” calories or carbohydrates to boost your metabolism and accelerate fat loss.
