A unique custom-designed App featuring Calgary and area listings from the Professional Home Marketing Team (Ted Greenhough and Dave McNear) at RE/MAX Realty Professionals.
This App is completely different from EVERY other Real Estate App you’ve ever seen. In fact, as far as we know, ALL other Real Estate Apps in the world are “generic”; the Real Estate agent pays a fee to have their own “custom” branding on an App that automatically pulls information from their local MLS. Note: We are not aware of ANY other App (besides this one) that is NOT the generic type. If you know of another one, please let us know, and we will gladly revise this statement!
The PHM (Professional Home Marketing) App has been custom-designed from the ground up exclusively for our team. Unlike almost all other Real Estate Apps, the purpose of this App is NOT for searching properties (although we’re happy to help you with that too if that’s what you want).
The main purpose of this App is to show your HOW we present our listings. We think you’ll be blown away!
Our team employs a full-time Certified Staging Professional (CSP) and an award-winning Professional Photographer. In Real Estate today, it REALLY is all about the presentation. We invite you to download our App right now and take a look for yourself.
The App is also JAM-PACKED with down-to-earth articles about how Real Estate REALLY works. We’re blowing the lid off of old-style Real Estate “spin”. EVERY article on this App is written by US – the Professional Home Marketing team members.
There is also an update on local market conditions every month as well as our Monthly Rant where we cut through the smoke and mirrors of Real Estate and tell it like it is, in a humorous and entertaining way (we hope)!
