何幼旋,洋名 Rita。畢業於香港城市大學公共及社會行政學系,曾任銀行職員,後因太熱愛烹飪與飲食文化,毅然離職,投身家政教師行列,亦成為烹飪及飲食文化專欄寫作人。
曾於香港《明報》副刊世紀版發表專欄「茉莉香片」,文章內容以飲食文化為主題。
現為香港免費報章《am730》廚神烹飪專欄作者及《明報OL網飲食Blog》作者。
愛寫作,愛閱讀,愛烹飪,愛電影,愛小狗,愛花草。當然,還愛甜點。
深信每種食材皆有氣質,愛從不同管道窺探食物歷史。

About the Author
Rita Ho (Ho Yau Shuen Rita) graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a B. A. in Public and Social Administration. She worked at a bank but later she quit for her passion in food & cooking and then obtained professional teaching qualification of Home Economics at the Hong Kong Institute of Education. She is now a Home Economics teacher and a food columnist.
Rita wrote the column "Jasmine Green Tea" for the famous Hong Kong newspaper Ming Pao to share her views in food culture.
She has been writing the cooking column of the free newspaper am730 for almost 3 years.
Meanwhile she is an author of Ming Pao OL Net Food Blog.
Rita loves writing, reading, cooking, movies, dogs, plants, and of course, she loves desserts too.
To Rita, every food ingredient has its own charisma. She loves food history so much, and she hopes one day she can study abroad for it.
This app is about dessert making. Recipes include green tea chiffon cake, ice creams, sweet soups, orange soufflé, raspberry cheesecake, etc. It also introduces the using of Cuisinart kitchen appliances in dessert making, which will definitely help food lovers to create more delicious desserts easily and efficiently.
