1. Dreams and goals
When you have a goal and a dream, you can channel the time and energy to meet the goal. It is very important that you have it written down and to have some pictures that depict the dream. In this way, the mind begins to work in your favour and your dreams.
Benefit. When you had no goal and dream in life, what would you do with your time and energy? It is wasted elsewhere. First, create 100 goals and dreams that you have. Do not stop until you fill the application with 100 goals and dreams.
When you open a dream in the first tab you will enter the description of the dream in many details and how it was achieved. No matter how far you are from achieving your dream or goal, you should write about that dream as though you have already fulfilled it, because your mind will behave quite differently and the materialization of your dream will become much easier.
In the second tab you will add some pictures with your dream or goal.
2. Steps
Then go to the Steps tab. It is an essential element if you want your dreams to become reality, not to remain just dreams. “Steps” are the needed actions or the steps that you’ve already done to fulfil your dream. Every day, before you go to sleep, open the diary and write quickly what you’ve done in that day for your dream.
After 30 days, if your answer to the question "What did I do today for my dream” is “nothing”, then either it is not a dream that you really wish or you're a great liar and you are lying to yourself while you don’t really want it.
Nothing, not even this application will help you fulfill your dreams if you do not really want hat thing.
3. Habits

Excellence, then, is not a result of an act, but a habit. It is not enough to have a description of the dream and some steps to perform You have to work everyday to fulfill your goals. For this, you need to create your habits and here the tab “habits” will help you. You can add notes for each habit, what mistakes you did or what you learned today, so that you become better and better every day.
4. Mission declaration
It's very important to give yourself some time. Put a relaxing music, light a scented candle and begin to think about yourself. Where are you manifesting, who are you today, which are your beliefs and values, whom would you like to be and what would you want to do with your life, what is your purpose and mission on this earth? And when you're ready, open the application and start working on your mission statement.
5. Contract with yourself
Writing engages you, makes you more responsible. That’s why any verbal contract has no value and is not respected. Would you risk to broke a contract you signed in front of a notary? I don't think so. If you need, go to a notary and sign a contract with yourself. Do whatever it takes to make you move.
6. Self-suggestion
What is very important about self-suggestion, is that it appeals to our imagination, not to our will. In this sense, the force of imagination is more powerfull than the force of will. Although we want to believe a certain thing, we will act according to what dictates our imagination.
