This is the iPad catalogue for the exhibition Basic Instincts, a production of Premsela, the Netherlands Institute for Design and Fashion. Basic Instincts will travel the world for two years after opening on 1 July 2011 at Villa Elisabeth in Berlin.
In this catalogue, you’ll find abundant extra information on the 50-plus Dutch fashion designers, product designers, architects and artists participating in the show. Even if you haven’t seen it, this catalogue will give you a rich, complete view of the best of contemporary Dutch creative culture. And an app for each Basic Instincts city will feature an extensive overview of its shops, activities and galleries. The current city app is available to download free.
When you install the app, you’ll get:
- background information on Basic Instincts,
- a snapshot of today’s Dutch creative culture
- videos made by Dutch designers exclusively for this iPad catalogue, and
- lots of extra photographs.
