The test identifies the ability to resist trouble and enjoy life. This is important because the emotions, state of mind, and health affect the mental and physical performance.
The test makes it possible to determine with high reliability the capacity of a person to perform mental and physical work and achieve excellent results.
Since the level of health protection affects the emotional state and color perception, the Emotion Color Test evaluates the mental and social health and makes it possible to identify the style of behaviour that would brings you joy and confidence in your life.
The test employs the traditional qualitative test of colour perception (Lüscher test) with a quantitative assessment of the perception of a comfortable color for a specific person (Ovchinnikov test).
The first color you select is the one that pleases you the most and does not cause any anxiety; then you should indicate the other colors in order of preference.
The output information will estimate the level of your emotional tension at the present moment. You will also be given recommendations on how to return your emotional state to normal and how to maintain it.
The test will help to maintain the emotional power regardless of the occupation.
Testing once a week will allow you to schedule the daily workload and increase your confidence in achieving your life goals.
