Modus Time is a simple and efficient iPhone/iPod Touch application to collect work time on projects for clients as well as produce and send time sheets by e-mail, to a FTP server or Dropbox.
Modus Time is a "must-have" app for professionals that provide services and must produce timesheets for their clients.
Modus Time allows to:
• Manage a list of clients;
• Manage a list of projects related to clients, containing activities;
• Log worked hours on activities on a daily basis;
• Explore, locally on device, worked hours by years, months, weeks and days or by clients, projects, activities and days;
• Generate a timesheet in HTML, XML or CSV format;
• Send time sheets by e-mail directly to your clients;
• Upload your timesheet data to an FTP server or Dropbox (in CSV format, this allows to manage timesheets centrally).
• Backup and restore your data to an FTP server or Dropbox.
• Configure the way data is entered and displayed by a set of preferences in the device settings.
In short, Modus Time is a complete application to collect and produce time sheets !!!
!n order to facilitate your timesheet management, we are providing a free Excel worksheet that collects data exported by Modus Time and allows to manage time sheets for multiple employees. Send us an e-mail at info@modusinnovation.com to obtain a copy of the Excel worksheet (2003, 2007 or 2010).
This app is also available in French and Portuguese.
