RoamSave

PCCW-HKT mobile service’s RoamSave is a VoIP application, based on Wi-Fi connectivity, for use in Hong Kong and while you are abroad. It offers FREE (3) voice call minutes for making outgoing calls to any Hong Kong number and receiving incoming calls from anywhere in the world. Above all, RoamSave will save you huge voice roaming expense!

[New] Newly introduced free video calls within RoamSave community.

RoamSave means:
•You can make/receive call, regardless of whether the called person is on a fixed-line or served by a mobile service provider. The person you call, or who calls you, does not have to be a PCCW-HKT mobile service’s subscriber or install the application.
•You may also make/receive video calls to/from other RoamSave users.
•You can continue to use your current PCCW-HKT mobile service’s number and have your caller ID displayed for people you call, or who call you.
(Available only to PCCW-HKT mobile service’s subscriber)

Terms & Conditions:
[1] RoamSave service is only available to PCCW-HKT mobile service’s subscribers and is provided to you under the terms and conditions of your mobile service contract.
[2] RoamSave is compatible only with certain handsets. Please see the list of models supporting RoamSave at www.pccw-hkt.com/roamsave. PCCW-HKT mobile service cannot guarantee RoamSave service performance on handset models not listed, nor call quality at every single Wi-Fi hotspot.
[3] IDD charges will apply if making calls to non-Hong Kong phone numbers, and local voice call minutes will be deducted/charged for the duration of such a call during all calls. Charges for Wi-Fi connectivity and IDD charges (if any) are additional.

[4] RoamSave supports video calls within RoamSave community with selected handset.

[5] The 傾King service may be used to make emergency calls in Hong Kong. However, while you are abroad you should call local emergency number via your regular voice roaming service.
[6] Upon your use of the RoamSave service, we shall use your PCCW-HKT mobile service’s number for verifying your eligibility for the RoamSave service, and for the billing of your use of the RoamSave service in the corresponding PCCW-HKT mobile service’s account by PCCW-HKT mobile service.
[7] Download the application from App Store will incur local mobile data charge, while roaming data charge will incur in overseas.
[8] The above tariff is only applicable to PCCW-HKT mobile service’s postpaid customers. For PCCW-HKT mobile service rechargeable card customers, only $8/day for making unlimited outgoing calls to any Hong Kong phone number.

•沿用現有的PCCW-HKT流動通訊服務的流動電話號碼，接聽來電的朋友也會看到同一個來電顯示

條件及細則：
1. RoamSave服務只限提供予PCCW-HKT流動通訊服務的客戶，並根據你與PCCW-HKT流動通訊服務所簽訂的流動服務合約下的條款及條件所提供。
2. RoamSave只適用於指定手機型號，支援手機列表可瀏覽www.pccw-hkt.com/roamsave。客戶使用非支援手機型號下載及使用RoamSave，PCCW-HKT流動通訊服務不會保証有關服務質素。另外PCCW-HKT流動通訊服務亦不會保証RoamSave於個別Wi-Fi熱點的話音服務質素。
3. 撥打話音電話至非香港之電話號碼會收取IDD通話分鐘費用及扣除本地通話分鐘/產生額外通話分鐘收費。然而，你須繳付IDD費用及連接Wi-Fi服務收費（如有）。
4. RoamSave視像通話只適用於RoamSave群組及指定手機型號使用。
5. 你可以透過RoamSave於香港打出緊急呼救電話。然而，你於海外時需要用一般話音漫遊服務打出緊急呼救電話。
6. 你使用RoamSave服務時所使用的 PCCW-HKT流動通訊服務的電話號碼會用作核實你使用RoamSave服務的資格；及讓PCCW-HKT流動通訊服務於相應的PCCW-HKT流動通訊服務的賬戶就你使用RoamSave服務作記帳之用。
7. 從App Store下載應用程式將會產生本地流動數據用量收費。於海外下載將會產生漫遊流動數據用量收費。
8. 以上收費只適用於PCCW-HKT流動通訊服務月費計劃的用戶。PCCW-HKT流動通訊服務儲值咭用戶只需毎日$8即可於海外無限分鐘致電香港。
