If you could use a ruler while on the go, then Tap Rule may be an app that will help you.
The Tap Rule is an app that provides a ruler in both inches as well as centimeters.
The simple interface of this app allows you to select which units you want or you can just scroll to either centimeters or inches.
The LT (FREE) Version of this app provides all of the benefits of the paid version, except that a small ad is placed at the bottom of the screen.
