Splitcaster not only brings never before seen features to race timing, it does so in a way that lets you spend more time actually watching the race. And the point of watching a race is... *watching* the race, right?

AUTOMATICALLY LABEL SPLIT DISTANCES
Some other timing apps make you tell *it* what split you are about to take, before you take it. But Splitcaster tells *you* the distance of each split you take. And you aren't limited to recording full laps. Splitcaster is smart enough to know when you are recording splits for half laps or, in some cases, even 1/4 and 3/4 laps. And if you can only catch a couple of the splits along the course of a road race, no problem. Splitcaster will automatically label whatever splits you are able to time and it will update pace information for you.

PREDICT FINISH TIMES
You'll always know what pace the athletes you are tracking are on. And you can quickly see the pace for each split you record. How much did they slow down or speed up that last lap? Find out with a tap.

ANALYZE SPLITS
As the race happens, or after the race has been completed, you can quickly see how fast the athletes were going between any two splits. Rather than try to crunch the numbers in your head, let Splitcaster do the math for you. For example, if you've timed every lap and every kilometer split of a 10000m race, you can quickly see how fast they covered the distance from 1600m to 3200m, or 5000m to 10000m, or 8000m to 8800m. If you've timed it, you can analyze it.

Quickly and easily post race updates to Twitter†.
