SIMPLICITY IS KEY

You can chuck out those kitchen scales, they won’t be needed. All 20 of our recipes use simple measures. This isn’t precision engineering, this is cooking and it should be quick and fun.

Don’t panic about whether you put in too much or too little ingredients, it doesn’t matter. The food will still taste great and you can adapt it for yourself the next time you cook it.

Motorhomers are split into two communities. The full time working motorhomers and the long term retired. This means at significant proportion of you can only get away for a long weekend. If you’re only going away for a couple of days, you don’t want to fill your fridge with unnecessary food.

All recipes are sequenced to minimise time wasted, and to ensure that your single camper chopping board only has to be be washed once following preparation.

Meat will always be the last ingredient to be chopped, meaning you don’t need to worry about contamination.

You’ll always be advised at which stage to boil water or heat oil.... no time is wasted and faffing is kept to a minimum.
