Relevant, reliable and results-oriented, Doctot Diabetes is a suite of the most widely used clinician-administered assessment scales, guidelines and look-up tools related to Diabetic Patients.
Amongst those that are included within this medical tool are:
- HbA1c Converter
- ADA/EASD Guidelines
- 10-year Risk of Diabetes
- Estimated Glomerular Filtration Calculator
- Pain Catastrophizing Scale
- Goldman Cardiac Risk Index
- Snellen Chart
- Skin Lesion Record
- CHADS2 for Atrial Fibrillation Stroke Risk
The components of such are presented in a touch-screen wizard format that enables the healthcare practitioner to easily navigate through the App in a clear and time-efficient manner.
The tool automatically generates the scale total and based upon user input, categorises the score. Each scale has an "Information" section to provide the user with background details while a "Help" section is included to further aid in the use of the tool.
As mentioned above, the ADA/EASD Guidelines are also included within Doctot Diabetes. Each aspect of these guidelines is listed as a row in the Contents Table. One aspect of the guidelines is the Algorithm section. Here, the user can easily navigate through the ADA/EASD algorithm by answering a series of YES/NO questions to suggest a course of treatment for a patient.
Functionality is also included for:
- PIN Protection for security purposes
- Patient Results Management (e.g. Save, Delete & Sort options)
- Automatic Email Generation of each patient assessment result
- Shake-to-Reset Scale functionality
