The 2014 Art Souterrain application is an indispensable tool to fully enjoy the contemporary art festival, which will be lauched on March 1st, from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am, as part of the “Nuit Blanche à Montréal” and the “Montreal en Lumière” Festival. Art Souterrain is a festival that takes over the public spaces of Montreal’s underground city on an annual basis to present the works of contemporary artists. It will continue to run until March 16th, 2014 during regular hours. Visitors will have the chance to discover 93 contemporary art projects and more than twenty activities and guided tours, all under the theme “Foundations”, displayed in Montreal’s underground city spanning over a unique 7km trajectory.
This application presents all the artist projects, practical information on the exhibition sites, calendar of activities with the possibility of booking online, and multimedia elements (photos, videos, and audio guides). It is also possible to share your impressions of the festival via social networks (Facebook and Twitter) and by sending in your own personal photographs.
