lala® Radio brings you an innovative, patent-pending concept of radio dials for Internet radio, taking the experience of listening to Internet radio to the next level.
Now it's very easy to switch the mood from Classics to Salsa, news or sports with one touch of your screen.
With one touch you can select all the stations in your area. You even can view an AM/FM dial just like the one on your car radio.
It's simple to create a dial. Enter a genre keyword and lala Radio creates just about any type of dial for you - from hip-hop, to salsa, jazz, classical, and beyond!
The app can take you from Boston to San Francisco to anywhere in the world with one touch. Enter any zip code and a dial with all the FM stations will be created automatically. Enter a country name, like Brazil, and a dial of Brazil FM stations will be created for you!
Use any other keyword you like and get the related stations. It's as simple as browsing the Internet, and the result is as many radio dials as you like for your listening pleasure.
You can edit each dial and remove the stations you don’t like. You can collect your favorite stations, from all your dials, in a single Favorites dial.
lalaRadio automatically synchronizes your Favorites with your RadioTime account, if you have one.
lalaRadio uses the best Internet radio station directory from TuneIn Radio. The data base has more than 40,000 stations worldwide, including: music, sports, talk, news, and more, and it's constantly updated and highly ranked for its streaming quality to provide the best user experience.
The app not only plays your favorite stations, but it also displays information about the station including its logo and about what's playing, the album name, artist, song, and cover art (if available) using last.FM and Amazon Web services.
The app supports all major steam formats, protocols and playlist formats including:
Formats: MP3, WMA, AAC, Real, Ogg Vorbis and FLV
Streams: HTTP, RTSP, MMSH and RTMP
Playlist formats: M3U, PLS, ASX and RAM
