Q: How do I retrieve the tasks I send to tasks@focusfu.com?

A: First, you need to link a Focus Fu list to your email address. This is done by tapping the email icon above the tabs. After the list is linked, you can download tasks by tapping the refresh button. The app will also retrieve tasks periodically without requiring you to do anything.

Q: I emailed tasks@focusfu.com but the new task is not showing up on my list. What's the deal?

A: We try to get your tasks to you as quickly as possible. Most tasks will arrive within one minute of sending the original email. If your task hasn't arrived after 10 minutes, contact support@focusfu.com or resend the task.

Q: I'm uncomfortable forwarding my emails to somebody I don't know. What do you do with my information?

A: Your privacy is important to us. The only information from your email that we use is the From address, any To or CC that includes tasks@focusfu.com, the subject, and the time the email was sent. Everything else is ignored. Only the information that we need to create a task for you is saved to our servers. That said, you are welcome to send emails without bodies and attachments since that information does not get used.
