Build your social library in cloud, annotate PDF on iPad & iPhone and web, collaborate in real-time!
When you open an email attachment in GreenBooks iPad & iPhone App or upload it using GreenBooks Online, automatically a PDF version of the attachment/document is created and saved together with the original source version in your secured and private cloud library. You can read the attachment anywhere, make annotations on PDF version and share it with friends, colleagues for effective and efficient real-time collaboration. You can access documents online as well as offline. With one button click, you can see source version, annotated version, online version and all the notes made on the document.
PDF annotation:
You can make different types of annotations: highlight, strike-through, insert, hyperlink and free hand annotation. Each of these annotations can be marked private for personal use, public to share with other readers or feedback to share only with the owner of the document. Notes page allows easy way to see and reply to existing notes.
Social sharing & collaboration:
You can share a specific document or an entire folder. Recipients can make new annotations on document and also respond to the existing ones. This results in highly contextual shared conversation for social learning and quick review of documents. Using the work flow feature, you can send a document for reviews that must be completed on a specific date.
Security:
Document owners can secure documents by disabling download of the original document. Recipients can export and print shared documents with each page clearly saying the name of the user and copyright information.
You can also access your cloud library from a web browser using GreenBooks Online application.
Supported formats are Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation, PDF, Images, and OpenOffice.
