This app sets a a TAILORED rep training program specific to YOUR CURRENT LEVEL to help you achieve your targets.
This app is not limited to a few weeks training and a maximum target. The app can be used ongoing and the program will keep adapting to your level and you can set and change your own target.
Features:
-Training program: based on your current fitness and adapts as your fitness changes. So whether you can do 1 rep now or 50 later the program the program will adapt.
-Can run the training program in 3 or 5 sets of reps to suit person preferences.
-Results history displayed in table and graph
-Easily adjust set reps during program to
-Change the intensity of training program to suit if you find the progression too hard or too easy.
-Ipod music will play during app
-notifications to keep you on track
