TryEzio onMobile for iPhone™ enables strong authentication and transaction verification – on the go. With over 50 million e-banking security devices rolled-out, Gemalto eBanking now brings the award-winning Ezio suite to the wonderful world of iPhone™.

TryEzio onMobile is a soft security token for e-banking and e-commerce, using Over-the-Air personalization. It allows users to safely login, review transaction details and generate signatures to sign transactions via their iPhone™. TryEzio onMobile literally transforms your mobile phone into a robust online security device, as it shares much of the same functionality found in Gemalto's most advanced One-time password (OTP) tokens and smart card readers (CAP/EMV).

With the introduction of TryEzio onMobile to App Store, the first two/multi-factor authentication product using unconnected "Sign-what-you-see" ("What-you-see-is-what-you-sign"/"See-what-you-sign") technology reaches the realm of mobile applications.

"Sign-What-You-See" is a method with which the end-user can verify all transaction data in their mobile phone, enter PIN and then sign the complete transaction. By introducing this user-friendly and trust-building technology in this new environment, we can offer a product that goes miles beyond rivaling mobile authentication tools.

By adapting and tweaking Gemalto's patented technology Dynamic Signatures – widely recognized by leading experts as the most user-friendly way of increasing end-user awareness and participation when matter most – TryEzio onMobile can leverage the best of Gemalto eBanking R&D Dept in this all new environment. Dynamic Signatures are risk based and enable the bank to control the risk in each and every transaction dynamically – today and tomorrow.

Dynamic Signatures lets banks use a standard challenge and response for the vast majority of transactions such as low-value purchases, paying bills or moving money between a customer's accounts. However, it automatically detects higher-risk transactions and increases the end-user's participation before allowing them.

As a final layer of security, TryEzio onMobile also features Secure Domain Separation. By keeping channels cryptographically separated the generated code is not reusable cross channels. This means that a login code will not be valid for anything but logging in and cannot be used for neither e-commerce or signing a transaction.
