Are you looking for an easy way to find the right lens for your vision application with uEye cameras? With IDS Lens Calculator, you will always have a fast lens calculator in the palm of your hand! This useful app calculates the required focal length for a specific camera model and desired field of view.
Lens Calculator includes a data base with the models of the USB and GigE uEye camera family. You just choose the right model and enter the required working distance and object size – and Lens Calculator immediately returns the right focal length for a C-mount lens.
Lens Calculator allows to enter dimensions both in metric units (mm, cm, m) as well as in the imperial system (inch, ft, yd).
You can email all the required data to IDS in order to receive a non-binding quotation, or you just call our sales team – all without leaving the App!
The uEye camera family comprises a broad range of professional cameras with USB and GigE interface. uEye cameras features modern CMOS and CCD sensors with resolutions from VGA up to 10 Megapixel. With their digital I/Os the cameras can be easily integrated in industrial environments.

Version 1.3 extends the function range of IDS Lens Calc by adding several important features:
- Enhanced interface: the camera selection is now even easier.
- New uEye camera series USB-2 uEye-ML and USB-3 uEye-CP were added.
